Requirements
- Commercial experience in software engineering or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor).
- Understanding of agentic workflows and concepts like MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python or JavaScript).
- A portfolio, open-source contributions, or project demonstrating practical development work.
- Fluent in English for business-wide communication.
- Experience with Google Cloud is a plus.
- Demonstrable history of building projects with agentic frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Experiment with novel AI applications to identify unique opportunities.
- Build working proofs of concept from initial ideas.
- Ship AI-first features from ideation to launch using agentic workflows.
- Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to deploy new solutions.
- Collaborate across Product and Tech teams while reporting to the People Technology Manager.
