Requirements
- 6 - 8+ years of experience in FP&A, revenue/GTM finance, or sales finance.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to build and maintain complex, scalable financial models.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS company is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Pigment or similar planning tools.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau or comparable BI tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of GTM reporting and analysis processes in partnership with Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships leadership.
- Deliver financial insights to GTM leadership to drive pipeline, pricing, and revenue decisions.
- Build and maintain GTM reporting including pipeline coverage and bookings performance using Pigment, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Own the mechanics and drivers of the GTM P&L, plan, and forecast methodology.
- Execute monthly and quarterly GTM reporting, including budget to actuals, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
- Build financial models for what-if scenarios, pricing/packaging analysis, and ad-hoc requests.
- Manage the end-to-end GTM financial model including bookings, ARR, pipeline, sales capacity planning, quota setting, and sales compensation.
