Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, or financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining financial models.
- Ability to analyze financial results, identify trends, and translate complex information into business recommendations.
- Effective communication skills for explaining financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work within Eastern Time business hours.
- Ability to travel periodically to company headquarters in Sturgis, Michigan.
- Experience with FP&A platforms (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan) or ERP/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, NetSuite) preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-state or multi-entity organizations preferred.
- Background in healthcare services, Medicaid long-term services and supports, or regulated environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting cycle, quarterly forecasting processes, and long-term financial planning.
- Build and maintain driver-based forecasting models incorporating enrollment, caregiver activity, and wage trends.
- Partner with organizational leaders to establish assumptions and align financial plans with operational realities.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages including KPI dashboards and variance analysis.
- Analyze revenue, margins, and cost trends across individual programs and states to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Develop financial models for scenario planning, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
- Improve FP&A processes by automating recurring analyses and optimizing reporting tools and workflows.
