Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including 1+ years leading analytical or quantitative solutions.
- Proven experience selling SaaS, CPaaS, PaaS, or similar technology solutions.
- Experience with outbound prospecting in greenfield and existing enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated technical solution-selling experience.
- Strong track record of executing strategic account development and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) strategies.
- Experience managing business forecasts, financial models, and complex commercial opportunities.
- Ability to influence business leaders and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer and team meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition and own a quota for incremental Account Contract Value (iACV).
- Lead highly analytical and consultative sales cycles involving complex vendor selection processes.
- Prospect across existing customer bases and greenfield accounts to execute territory penetration strategies.
- Engage Financial Services customers to align business objectives with communications platform capabilities.
- Sell and position messaging, voice, email, and digital messaging capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Solutions Engineering to close deals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast information using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
