Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a post-sales technical role supporting customers, preferably in partner engineering or alliances.
- 8+ years of experience developing high-performance, multi-tier applications.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and understanding of modern application architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containers.
- Solid knowledge of software development processes, engineering practices, and software design concepts.
- Proven experience working with partner ecosystems such as system integrators, ISVs, or resellers.
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable technical enablement programs and architecture guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Must be located in India.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical enablement programs to equip partner engineering teams with knowledge of container and software library solutions.
- Partner with alliances and channel stakeholders to translate partner challenges into joint technical and commercial initiatives.
- Develop and maintain scalable resources including integration guides, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Support post-sales technical engagements via co-delivery, architecture reviews, and escalation support.
- Act as a primary technical liaison to communicate partner feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams.
- Assess partner technical competencies and design programs to close capability gaps.
- Maintain architecture documentation and share implementation patterns across the partner community.
