Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, business development, marketing, or another customer-facing role.
- Must currently reside in Latin America (LATAM).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach, prospecting, and initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong learning agility and willingness to develop skills in business development and project coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
- Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Previous exposure to LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or B2B environments is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels to identify new business opportunities.
- Research, identify, and qualify potential leads before passing opportunities to the sales team.
- Schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate prospect and client information within the CRM.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and project-related activities for leadership and internal teams.
- Collaborate across the organization to support special projects and business growth.
- Use AI-powered productivity tools to improve research, communication, and execution.
