Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Visualforce, Apex, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce object design, SOQL, and SOSL.
- 1+ year of hands-on development experience in Java, .Net, or Python.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- Proficiency with Git, continuous integration, SQL, ETL, and data pipelines.
- Strong ability to author and use REST APIs.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Continuous learning mindset with an openness to emerging technologies like AI.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce server-side code in Apex to integrate operational systems and enhance business logic.
- Design, develop, and document APIs for partners and internal teams.
- Lead technical design sessions and develop technical solution documentation.
- Build client-side visualizations using Angular, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce platform solutions.
- Supervise and mentor small teams of developers to ensure project success.
- Execute test plans and participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards.
- Identify and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and client solutions.
