Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Visualforce, Apex, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery).
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce object design, SOQL, and SOSL.
- 1+ year of hands-on development experience in Java, .Net, and/or Python.
- Proficiency using Git, continuous integration, and other development tools.
- Proficiency with SQL, ETL, data pipelines, and systems integrations.
- Strong ability to use and author REST APIs.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce server-side code in Apex to integrate operational systems and enhance core business logic.
- Design, develop, and document APIs for use by partners and development teams.
- Lead technical design sessions and develop technical solution documentation.
- Develop client-side visualizations using Angular, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
- Analyze data to evaluate integration effectiveness and translate business requirements into architecture.
- Lead and mentor small teams of developers, providing supervision and feedback.
- Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements.
- Create and execute test plans to ensure quality delivery.
- Enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews.
- Identify and educate stakeholders on new Salesforce and AI-enabled capabilities.
