Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce.com.
- 4+ years of systems consulting experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration.
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly use AI tools for productivity and innovation.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Continuous learning mindset regarding emerging technologies and AI.
- Willingness to travel for team events as needed.
Responsibilities
- Understand business goals and support discovery sessions.
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst or Product Owner to refine and prioritize user stories and features.
- Analyze complex business processes and translate them into manageable requirements.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for declarative capabilities, including advanced Flow.
- Lead configuration efforts and champion best practices for scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with the development team to define the interaction between declarative configurations and custom code.
- Mentor junior configurators and serve as a technical escalation point.
- Lead client discussions and provide strategic technical recommendations.
- Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions for clients in compliance with firm policies.
