Requirements
- High-speed cable internet (25mb minimum, no DSL)
- Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems
- Proficiency in internet usage and navigation
- Strong initiative and motivation to succeed
- Ability to multitask and coordinate time effectively
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- ASE Certifications (preferred)
- Automotive knowledge or at least 2 years of automotive field experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service using the Talkdesk desktop application
- Handle inbound calls regarding shipping, returns, and warranties
- Process refunds and package tracking requests
- Troubleshoot customer issues using available tools
- Maintain professionalism while multitasking and managing time effectively
- Follow leadership direction and meet department productivity standards
