- Ability to complete collegiate-level coursework for state insurance exam.
- Possess a hardwired high-speed internet connection.
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Access to a personal computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire).
- Ability to maintain webcam video presence during training and production.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding customers' insurance policies.
- Assist callers with inquiries about coverage, policy endorsements, certificates, binders, billing, or policy modifications.
- Manage high volume billing calls, particularly around military paydays.
- Navigate system tools to search for answers and information.
- Provide coverage information and policy recommendations with empathy and compassion.
