Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Minimum 2 years operating at a Staff Engineer or equivalent level.
- High proficiency in backend language development for production-grade services.
- Strong architectural instincts with ability to design scalable and extensible systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Proven experience building and operating critical systems that serve users at scale.
- Strong leadership capabilities in driving platform standards and cross-team influence.
- Familiarity with financial systems, accounting principles, or ledger products (nice to have).
- Hands-on production experience with Golang (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Architect the V1 Trust Accounting product, owning the technical vision and system design.
- Build secure, scalable, and auditable financial infrastructure for the new subsystem.
- Establish quality gates, testing frameworks, and CI/CD integrations to ensure reliable feature delivery.
- Drive engineering best practices including observability, system design, and security across the organization.
- Collaborate with product, design, finance, and legal stakeholders to deliver seamless financial services.
- Mentor engineers and elevate technical standards through code reviews and architectural guidance.
