Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with SQL Server queries, XML, JSON, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of APIs and experience calling them using Postman.
- Advanced Excel proficiency including functions, macros, and pivot tables.
- Experience supporting SaaS-based software systems.
- Strong ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work successfully across different departments.
- Working understanding of web technology and browser-based applications.
Responsibilities
- Gather customer business requirements and implement solutions in EHS Insight.
- Act as the technical point of contact for client project teams.
- Configure EHS Insight with custom fields, formulas, and reports.
- Diagnose, debug, and document issues within the platform.
- Provide timely responses to high-priority tickets and incidents.
- Assist clients with API understanding, roles, modules, and report setup.
- Conduct meetings and demos regarding integration planning and configuration.
