Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (8 years of professional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree).
- At least 8 years of professional software development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python.
- Demonstrated experience integrating LLMs or AI models with enterprise applications or operational systems.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable API and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to support Eastern Time working hours.
- Willingness to travel to regional sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize MCP servers and Python services that coordinate structured reasoning workflows between LLMs and enterprise monitoring tools.
- Build Python-based interfaces that generate and process MCP calls for communication between AI models and downstream operational systems.
- Develop end-to-end AI workflows where LLMs interpret events, retrieve contextual information, and return enriched insights.
- Implement automated reasoning and correlation capabilities to analyze alerts and reduce noise.
- Ensure Python-to-MCP-to-monitoring workflows meet high standards for performance, security, and scalability.
- Write and maintain production-grade Python code supporting 24/7 enterprise monitoring.
- Integrate AI capabilities into event management, triage, and incident response workflows.
- Partner with operational teams to translate requirements into AI-powered technical solutions.
- Serve as a technical mentor for Python development and AI-driven automation.
