Requirements
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT transformation projects.
- Experience in designing data management processes for the insurance sector.
- Solid understanding of technical mapping, interfacing, and modeling of FSI products.
- Experience in configuring SAP FDS, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP BW/4HANA.
- Proficiency in both English (written and oral).
- Willingness to travel (50%).
- Positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills.
- Data modeling proficiency with ABAP dictionary, SQL, SAP HANA, or SAP BTP is preferred.
- Exposure to AI agents and Claude code.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data management and reporting needs with insurance industry clients.
- Design, build, and deploy data integration and data management functionality.
- Create data models to facilitate the integration of analytical applications.
- Support reporting needs for clients.
- Collaborate with internal software development and sales teams to provide effective process solutions.
