Requirements
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT transformation projects.
- Experience in designing data management processes for the banking sector.
- Solid understanding of technical mapping, interfacing, and modeling of FSI products.
- Basic experience in configuring one of the following SAP solutions: SAP FDS, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP BW/4HANA.
- Proficiency in both English (written and oral).
- Willingness to travel (50%).
- Positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data modeling with ABAP dictionary, SQL, SAP HANA, SAP BTP or another database is preferred.
- Exposure to AI agents and Claude code.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data management and reporting needs for banking clients in their transformation projects.
- Design, build, and deploy functionality for data integration and data management.
- Create data models that facilitate the integration of analytical applications and support reporting needs.
- Collaborate with internal SAP Fioneer teams, including Software Development and Sales, to provide best-fit solutions.
- Engage with clients to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
