Requirements
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT transformation projects.
- Experience in designing data management processes for the insurance sector.
- Understanding of technical mapping, interfacing, and modeling of FSI products.
- Basic experience in configuring SAP FDS, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP BW/4HANA.
- Proficiency in data modeling with ABAP dictionary, SQL, SAP HANA, or SAP BTP.
- Exposure to AI agents and Claude code.
- Positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude.
- Willingness to travel (50%).
- Proficiency in English (written and oral).
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to analyze their data management and reporting needs.
- Design, build, and deploy functionality for data integration and data management.
- Create data models that facilitate the integration of analytical applications and support reporting needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Software Development and Sales, to provide solutions.
- Assist clients in the insurance industry with transformation projects.
