Requirements
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT transformation projects.
- Experience in designing data management processes for the banking sector.
- Technical understanding of mapping, interfacing, and modeling of FSI products.
- Experience configuring SAP FDS, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP BW/4HANA.
- Proficiency in data modeling with ABAP dictionary, SQL, SAP HANA, or SAP BTP.
- Exposure to AI agents and Claude code.
- Positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel (50%).
- Proficiency in written and oral English.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client data management and reporting needs for banking transformation projects.
- Design, build, and deploy functionality for data integration and management.
- Create data models to facilitate the integration of analytical applications and support reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Software Development and Sales to provide solutions.
- Provide expert guidance to banking industry clients on FDS and data modelling.
