Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, including hands-on Workday administration, configuration, support, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including integrations between HR, Payroll, Finance, and related business functions.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions and process improvements.
- Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities, with a strong understanding of data integrity, governance, and quality.
- Experience supporting system testing, releases, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues involving multiple systems and variables and determine appropriate solutions.
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience supporting HR technology transformation, organizational change, and the adoption of new processes or systems.
- Workday certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of HRIS functionality to address evolving business and operational requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, workflows, reporting models, and efficient HR processes.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure effective integration and alignment across the HR technology ecosystem.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for Workday and broader HRIS capabilities, applying best practices to improve system utilization, user experience, and adoption.
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements by analyzing business needs, data, trends, and operational challenges.
- Design and deliver advanced HR reporting and analytics that support business and HR decision-making.
- Maintain strong data accuracy, integrity, governance, and consistency across HR systems.
- Support system testing, releases, implementation activities, and continuous improvement cycles.
