Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, Talent Management systems, or business applications.
- Experience configuring and administering HRIS or Talent Management applications.
- Experience with Greenhouse or another enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Experience supporting application integrations and troubleshooting system issues.
- Experience developing and executing system testing plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Experience working with cross-functional business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance HRIS and Talent Management applications, with primary responsibility for Greenhouse.
- Manage application security, user access, system updates, configuration changes, and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT, Business Systems, HR, and vendors.
- Support integrations between Greenhouse and other business applications, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases for system changes, integrations, and enhancements.
- Partner with HR, IT, Business Systems, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Manage relationships with software vendors and coordinate communication, training, and implementation activities.
