Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in reporting and analytics, BI, or data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
- Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational data.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data marts, data warehousing, and data transformation concepts.
- Experience gathering and translating business stakeholder requirements into practical reporting solutions.
- Ability to transform complex datasets into clear reporting and actionable visualizations.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data-quality skills.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication abilities.
- Strong presentation, training, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, IT, business, or data science is preferred.
- Experience with Tableau or Looker is a plus.
- Experience with life sciences/pharmaceutical data is preferred.
- Experience with CRM data (Veeva or Salesforce) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, maintain, and enhance scalable dashboards, embedded analytics, and client-facing reporting solutions.
- Develop standardized and reusable reporting and analytics solutions for multiple client engagements.
- Partner with business, customer success, and data teams to translate client requirements into effective solutions.
- Define reporting requirements, KPIs, and data specifications for dashboard development.
- Collaborate with data engineering to support data models, schema layers, and reporting performance.
- Analyze data trends, validate metrics, and provide recommendations for decision-making.
- Maintain data mappings and support data governance, privacy, and quality standards.
- Deliver dashboard demonstrations, user training, and documentation for clients.
- Respond to reporting queries and identify opportunities to improve usability, automation, and performance.
