Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6–10 years of IT experience.
  • 16+ years of program and project management experience.
  • Extensive experience leading complex technology programs involving multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical, functional, and product expertise, with experience delivering enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with CRM, eCommerce, loyalty platforms, back-office solutions, or comparable enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices, including backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, and product ownership.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and manage effectively without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead groups of interconnected projects and programs organized around common strategic and organizational goals.
  • Manage complex programs and portfolios comprising multiple workstreams, coordinating priorities, resources, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Partner with business and customer stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and recommend effective technology solutions.
  • Participate in or serve as a Product Owner within Agile/Scrum environments, including writing user stories, grooming backlogs, and leading sprint planning.
  • Develop and maintain core program deliverables, including implementation plans, budgets, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
  • Manage vendor selection activities, including RFPs and pricing evaluations, and monitor vendor performance against deliverables.
