Requirements
- 10+ years of experience overseeing delivery outcomes and client relationships for large-scale projects.
- Experience with custom software or cloud infrastructure programs or projects.
- Solid understanding of government contracting, compliance, and audit trails.
- Experience working with or for state government agencies.
- Proven experience leading and growing agile development teams.
- Ability to manage projects at scale with significant complexity, milestones, dependencies, and integrations.
- Experience using agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Familiarity with agile development practices such as continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Ability to demonstrate strategic planning and contract management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with government partners while maintaining situational awareness.
- Proactively detect and resolve risks related to delivery, process, culture, and contract milestones.
- Manage program finances, contract line item numbers (CLINs), and contract modifications in coordination with the finance team.
- Support the creation of delivery environments built on mutual trust.
- Scale efforts by leading and supporting a team of project managers and functional delivery leads.
- Ensure client needs are met or exceeded through transparent communication and collaborative problem solving.
