Requirements
- 7+ years of professional services experience.
- Experience implementing, configuring, and leading Salesforce optimization and managed services projects.
- Full project lifecycle experience from planning and discovery to go-live and project management.
- Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience configuring clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ+.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly adopt firm-approved AI tools.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Continuous learning mindset regarding emerging technologies and AI.
Responsibilities
- Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements, including work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets throughout all lifecycle phases.
- Lead and consult on Salesforce configurations, taking a hands-on role in the process.
- Act as the primary driver of the project, leading the team while completing configuration tasks.
- Take ownership of technical aspects to ensure successful implementation.
- Guide customers through change management processes.
- Maintain accountability for delivery quality and oversee junior team members.
- Perform business analysis to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Contribute to developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions in accordance with firm policies.
