- 5+ years of overall QA/testing experience.
- At least 3 years working with contact centers, CTI, IVR, telephony, or cloud contact center platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience testing Amazon Connect implementations.
- Proficiency in interpreting Lucidchart or Visio IVR designs into functional test scripts.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect Admin workspace, AWS Console, Lambda, DynamoDB, and Amazon Lex.
- Experience testing conversational and generative AI technologies like Amazon Q in Connect and Amazon Bedrock.
- Strong API testing experience using Postman, SoapUI, or REST-assured.
- Experience with Jira, qTest, QMetry, or similar test management platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and CTI integrations is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Amazon Connect contact centers and self-service experiences.
- Translate IVR flow diagrams and technical designs into detailed test scenarios with comprehensive branch and path coverage.
- Perform end-to-end API and integration testing across Amazon Connect, Salesforce, and third-party platforms.
- Validate AI-driven experiences for intent recognition, accuracy, grounding, and safety using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Lex.
- Lead defect triage and resolution, maintaining clear evidence, logs, and reproduction steps.
- Produce test execution reports, quality metrics, and data-driven release or go/no-go recommendations.
