Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions.
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics including data modeling, dashboard development, and architecture.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and dimensional data modeling.
- Experience integrating and analyzing data from Salesforce, Oracle, ERP, and CRM platforms.
- Proven track record of leading complex analytics initiatives and mentoring developers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Python and Pandas for data analysis is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Factory is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, gather requirements, and translate complex business challenges into scalable analytics solutions.
- Architect and deliver enterprise analytics solutions, including CRM Analytics datasets, recipes, dashboards, data models, and reporting frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end CRM Analytics and business intelligence initiatives, overseeing architecture, design, implementation, and governance.
- Serve as the technical authority for the CRM Analytics platform, establishing standards and providing architectural guidance.
- Mentor developers and analysts on CRM Analytics, Power BI, and enterprise analytics practices.
- Integrate data across Salesforce, Oracle, ERP, and other enterprise platforms to support commercial decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive innovation.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
