Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across solution architecture, integration architecture, or senior engineering roles.
- Strong background in enterprise systems, including workflows, integrations, APIs, and data flows in HR, finance, or ITSM.
- Elite decomposition and requirements gathering skills.
- Proven proficiency in data modeling and transformation with expertise in relational, document, and event-log storage.
- Cloud fluency in AWS or Azure with experience in API gateways, middleware, event routing, and authentication patterns.
- Hands-on engineering capability to build functional proofs of concept.
- Proficiency with modern AI tooling to accelerate design and documentation workflows.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and business executives.
Responsibilities
- Produce solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical approach narratives for RFP responses and client proposals.
- Investigate and design concrete solutions for escalated projects to resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Decompose high-level business requirements into detailed workflows, states, branches, and edge cases.
- Select and defend platform, data store, and integration choices to engineering and executive stakeholders.
- Prototype risky or novel design components to validate feasibility before full delivery commitment.
- Design internal workflows, automations, and integrations for company back-office operations.
