Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Must be physically living in and able to work in Canada.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and own resolution.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Computer savvy with experience working with multiple monitors.
- Results-oriented with the ability to provide consultative solutions.
- Must have a suitable home space with a hard-wired internet connection.
- Flexibility to work between the hours of 7 AM and 12 AM EST.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls to address billing, payments, services, and promotional inquiries.
- Identify customer needs through active listening to provide product recommendations and troubleshooting assistance.
- Take a consultative approach to problem-solving, owning the interaction through to issue resolution.
- Utilize multiple computer systems to research information and document all customer interactions.
- Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions to ensure key performance indicators are met.
