Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or 19+ years of related experience).
- Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, and enterprise system architecture.
- Strong expertise with Oracle financials, procurement, and supply chain applications.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale data conversion or data migration projects.
- Proficient in Oracle development tools (SQL, PL/SQL), Oracle Analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher), and middleware technologies.
- Proven track record of managing legacy system lifecycle processes, including data archiving and decommissioning.
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
- Exceptional project management skills for multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Ability to align technical solutions with enterprise goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle EBS and Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.
- Manage the transition from legacy finance systems, including archiving and decommissioning efforts.
- Design integration frameworks using Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, and Fusion Middleware.
- Lead large-scale data conversion projects and define mapping, cleansing, and validation best practices.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams in ERP deployment and data transformation methodologies.
- Optimize performance of Oracle ERP systems and data conversion pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
