Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of application development experience using object-oriented programming concepts or platform-based development.
- At least 2 years of experience deploying applications using cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake).
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for AI integration, backend logic, and automation.
- Demonstrated proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms such as Databricks Apps, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, or UiPath.
- Practical understanding of advanced AI technologies, including generative AI, LLM-based applications, agentic AI, and NLP.
- Familiarity with Python-based UI frameworks like Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile, iterative, or test-driven development environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications using low-code and no-code platforms including Databricks Apps, Microsoft Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and UiPath.
- Develop intuitive, accessible user interfaces that make generative AI, agentic AI, and NLP capabilities practical for business teams.
- Translate AI and analytical model outputs into actionable business workflows by integrating intelligent capabilities with existing platforms.
- Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to transition solutions from analytical environments into reliable, production-ready applications.
- Develop Python and SQL logic to support automation, orchestration, backend functionality, and system integrations.
- Use Python-based frameworks such as Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI, or Django to create custom application enhancements.
- Conduct application testing, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure reliability and responsiveness.
- Work within Agile methodologies to prototype solutions, incorporate feedback, and support production deployments and maintenance.
