Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems, identity, or access engineering, preferably in developer-heavy environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Okta (SSO, SCIM, lifecycle automation, and APIs).
- Proficiency in building automation with Okta Workflows, n8n, or similar tools.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or a comparable language.
- Proven experience with SaaS-based operations and API-driven provisioning.
- Experience with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and audit evidence.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration (users, groups, security).
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment without close supervision.
- Experience managing configurations via Git or infrastructure as code with Terraform is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Okta identity plane including SSO integrations, MFA, device trust, and directory hygiene.
- Automate provisioning and deprovisioning processes using tools like Okta Workflows and n8n.
- Standardize procedures for access requests, approvals, and reviews to ensure governance.
- Administer Google Workspace and integrate the internal SaaS estate.
- Implement and evidence access controls for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance.
- Collaborate on endpoint and device management using Jumpcloud across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
