Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or certificate course.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in phone, email, and instant messaging communication.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy, including familiarity with cloud services, VoIP, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Proficiency with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Experience with online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Must have a USB noise-canceling headset and working webcam.
- Access to a computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads during your shift.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to schedule meetings and appointments.
- Manage and execute specific cadences through Salesforce for different customer scenarios.
- Perform ad hoc tasks.
