Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in application and/or system development.
- 5+ years of experience managing technical teams including developers, architects, and QA engineers.
- Expertise in Java, JavaScript frameworks, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Strong experience with CI/CD technologies and pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to enforce development quality standards and code reviews.
- Experience leading Agile software development in large enterprise or federal environments.
- Understanding of SDLC, DevSecOps practices, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience supporting mission-critical applications with high availability requirements.
- Ability to challenge incomplete requirements and drive clarity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor developers, QA engineers, and technical resources.
- Support resource planning, prioritization, and sprint delivery.
- Work with the Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise web applications.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Operations teams to troubleshoot production issues.
- Support CI/CD improvements, automation, and application modernization.
- Ensure development activities align with federal security and compliance requirements.
- Track technical risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
