Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Senior Web Designer, UX/UI Designer, or creative lead.
- Demonstrated project responsibility: at least two reference projects meeting specific financial and duration thresholds.
- Proficiency in Figma (component libraries, variants, auto-layout, handoff workflows).
- Proven experience designing responsive web interfaces for websites and applications.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve WCAG 2.2 accessibility compliance at the design stage.
- Portfolio showcasing dashboard, data visualization, or mapping/GIS interface design.
- Fluent German at minimum C1 level for client communication and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Develop project-specific corporate design, including logo, color palette, typography, and iconography.
- Design responsive layouts for all website templates and dashboard states.
- Translate complex geospatial data into usable interfaces and define UX for maps and filters.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive Figma component library for all UI elements.
- Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA compliance through color validation and component annotation.
- Manage client delivery, lead design reviews, and present designs in German.
- Support frontend implementation through alpha and beta test phases.
