Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar technical delivery role.
- Hands-on experience implementing FSM or workforce management platforms (e.g., Salesforce Field Service, ServiceMax, IFS, Oracle, ClickSoftware).
- Experience in the utilities industry (electric, gas, water) is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience across the full implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare.
- Background working in a consulting or systems integrator environment.
- Strong technical analysis, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Solid understanding of system integration concepts including APIs, middleware, and ETL.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with requirements management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to travel to client sites domestically and internationally as needed.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document detailed technical and functional requirements for FSM platform implementations.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and functional design documents.
- Support configuration of FSM platform components like scheduling rules, workflows, and dispatch logic.
- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts, and lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles.
- Manage defect logging, tracking, and prioritization with development teams.
- Assist in designing system integrations with GIS, OMS, ERP, CRM, and IoT platforms.
- Support data migration tasks including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
- Provide hypercare support for issue triage and resolution post-go-live.
