Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience with a 4-year degree, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
- Strong understanding of subscription, consumption-based, and recurring revenue business models.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and business planning capability.
- Effective presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for partner development and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and enable new Managed Service Providers to join the Citrix Service Provider programme.
- Support partners in developing Citrix-based managed service offerings and recurring revenue practices.
- Create and execute joint business plans that drive partner growth and market expansion.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify new opportunities for expansion.
- Drive adoption and utilization of the ArrowSphere platform across the partner ecosystem.
- Engage pre-sales, technical, and Citrix vendor resources to support partner growth initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of product, program, and platform knowledge.
