Requirements

  • 7-10 years of professional experience in brand or graphic design.
  • Proven ownership of brand systems, frameworks, or comprehensive style guides.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing strategic systems thinking alongside polished production work.
  • Fluent in modern AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) integrated into professional practice.
  • Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Experience designing across multiple client segments, sub-brands, or product lines.
  • Skilled in building or evolving brand architecture, including through M&A transitions.
  • Proven experience briefing and managing external creative freelancers or agencies.
  • Ability to act as a creative team of one, setting priorities and driving strategy.
  • Experience designing for the social good sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a living brand framework including logo, typography, color, and iconography.
  • Define brand visual standards across multiple product lines while maintaining a unified identity.
  • Develop scalable brand architecture to support future M&A activities and product integrations.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales leadership to translate business strategy into visual design.
  • Build accessible design guidelines, templates, and components for company-wide use.
  • Produce high-quality brand and marketing creative including campaigns, collateral, and web assets.
  • Integrate generative AI tools into the creative workflow to enhance speed and output.
  • Direct photography and illustration styles and manage external freelance or agency resources.
