Requirements
- Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, ideally content management software.
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry with exposure to Quality Management and an affinity for technology.
- Background in a consulting or customer-facing role managing expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1).
- Ability to work independently with clients and translate business requirements into designs.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Capacity to adapt to and learn new technology and participate in intensive training.
Responsibilities
- Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite at Life Sciences companies.
- Perform solutioning and configuration of Vault applications including workflows, security, and page layouts.
- Work closely with customer business and IT staff to translate requirements into solution designs.
- Act as customer liaison, managing communication between stakeholders and product teams.
- Guide customers in adopting industry best practices and support post-implementation success.
- Drive change management methodology for customers migrating to SaaS solutions.
- Assist with Quality processes including documents, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and Training.
