Responsibilities
- Manage key client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for project execution.
- Develop growth strategies and identify new opportunities for cross-selling services.
- Create and execute client-specific communication plans, including regular status reports.
- Collaborate with team leaders to secure repeat business through exceptional service.
- Manage client expectations, negotiate outcomes, and address feedback or conflicts with internal leadership.
