Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Experience designing and documenting structured A/B ad tests.
- Advanced proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Experience with attribution platforms such as Triple Whale or Northbeam.
- Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies between platforms and back-end systems.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Prior experience working in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana, Google Workspace).
- Ideally previous experience working with US or UK-based companies.
Responsibilities
- Manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimizations including bid adjustments and audience refinements.
- Design and execute structured A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve CAC and ROAS.
- Reconcile in-platform performance data against back-end sales data.
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief and evaluate ad performance.
- Rebuild and scale Google Ads Search campaigns and support Merchant Center.
- Maintain performance dashboards and reporting infrastructure with the data team.
- Ensure campaign compliance with platform policy restrictions.
