Requirements

- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the construction industry.
- Proven record of success at the national level.
- Proven ability to lead and align teams to strategic goals.
- Deep understanding of the construction ecosystem, including end-user dynamics and decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value opportunities and complex sales cycles.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 60%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on high-value end-user accounts and construction projects.
- Serve as point of contact for strategic national end-user accounts and construction projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of Anchor Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and alignment to strategic goals.
- Monitor and manage the national opportunity pipeline across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with key end users, contractors, facility owners, and specifiers.
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Represent DEWALT at industry events, trade shows, and key meetings.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, pipeline health, and ROI.
