Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for both verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of industry measurement tools such as STR, Demand 360, Agency 360, Market Vision, and Hotel Intelligence.
- Experience with hotel systems such as Synxis, Opera, or StayNTouch is preferred.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to analyze complex data to support revenue objectives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports including market segmentation and production analysis.
- Monitor competition and market trends to identify selling opportunities and project the impact of local events.
- Perform audits and maintenance on PMS, CRS, RMS, and Sales & Catering systems to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on group pick-up reports, rate loading, and inventory management.
- Support the Director of Revenue in short and long-term forecasting and attend weekly revenue meetings.
- Conduct monthly group audit checks to balance Delphi and Property Management Systems.
- Ensure accuracy of rate quoting and restrictions through regular test calls to the CRO and property.
