Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in operations, finance, consulting, or related analytical roles.
- Strong organizational skills for managing 50-person teams and complex funding compliance.
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership with analysis, reporting, and coordination.
- Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience contributing to operational change within a fast-growing organization.
- Ability to communicate and manage diverse stakeholder groups in a remote or distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the operating rhythm for program teams including material preparation and follow-up tracking.
- Manage end-to-end budgeting processes, including annual planning, revenue forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Track and report on funding pipelines, flagging risks to leadership and managing donor documentation.
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding processes, and team engagement planning.
- Facilitate procurement, contract management, and invoicing workflows for programs and vendors.
- Maintain project management systems, including timesheet approval and performance indicator tracking.
