Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Previous Specialty Pharmacy trade experience at a larger organization is preferred.
- Experience with account management and internal stakeholder collaboration is preferred.
- Computer literacy: Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional literature and technical procedures.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems.
- Ability to interpret and make inferences from data.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to respond to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to travel consistently for QBRs, implementations, pharma partner meetings, and other business engagements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, develop, and manage therapy/service programs for designated pharma partners and/or therapy classes.
- Manage therapy performance and manufacturer KPIs while documenting communications and resolving escalated issues.
- Develop and manage relationships across assigned manufacturer organizations to grow business partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement custom programs and new specialty pharmacy product launches, including designing clinical and operational processes.
- Educate healthcare staff to ensure readiness for new product or service launches.
- Oversee trade contract deliverables, including data reporting and issue resolution.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with manufacturers.
- Assess and improve clinical and operational processes within the Specialty Pharmacy.
- Prepare performance reports detailing financial and operational outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage strategically important internal and manufacturer projects.
