Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a metric-driven environment such as operations, production, or a customer support/call center setting.
- Moderate to advanced Excel skills.
- Power BI or equivalent dashboarding experience for tracking and readiness reporting.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and terminology (LLMs, prompting, annotation, and search relevance).
- Experience working with ticketing or contributor/crowd support platforms.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a night shift schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience in Project Management, data analytics, or process improvement preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up workflows, launch materials, and supporting content for new and expanding projects.
- Create and maintain clear enablement materials, including modules, FAQs, exercises, quizzes, and knowledge checks.
- Evaluate contributor qualifications and eligibility, maintain records, and manage access and task assignments within project tools.
- Respond to contributor questions and tickets related to onboarding and access, escalating issues when needed.
- Maintain trackers and dashboards, provide project updates, and flag inconsistencies or risks affecting contributor readiness.
- Analyze onboarding and performance issues, identify root causes, and develop targeted clarifications or refresher content.
