Requirements
- Direct, hands-on experience owning provider licensing and payer credentialing end-to-end.
- Demonstrated expertise in interstate compacts (IMLC, NLC, APRN Compact) and expedited pathways.
- Experience with Medicare enrollment via PECOS (855I, 855B, 855R).
- Proficiency with CAQH and credentialing platforms.
- Familiarity with scope of practice, collaborative practice agreements, and prescriptive/controlled substance authority.
- Experience in a multi-state clinical context.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-heavy workflows.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to design systems and build functions from scratch.
- Startup or high-growth healthcare company experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Set multi-state licensing roadmap and priorities for MD, DO, NP, and RN pathways.
- Execute applications and renewals using expedited routes like interstate compacts and FCVS.
- Build credentialing plans for commercial payers and manage CAQH profiles.
- Manage end-to-end Medicare enrollment and reassignments via PECOS.
- Support clinician onboarding by sequencing credentialing against start dates.
- Provide guidance on scope of practice, collaborative practice agreements, and prescriptive authority.
- Build and lead a specialist team while establishing scalable workflows.
