Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in FP&A.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and financial modeling.
- Ability to build complex financial models from scratch.
- Experience analyzing financial data and preparing reports and projections.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Autonomous self-starter comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Experience in-house at a tech company, investment banking, private equity, or consulting is ideal.
- Experience with PBCS or Essbase is a strongly-desired plus.
- Experience with NetSuite, SQL, and Looker is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage all aspects of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for specific business lines or departments.
- Lead the development and execution of annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and reporting on trends, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets and forecasts.
- Assist in long-term strategic planning through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Identify and implement cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.
- Partner with business leaders to align financial performance with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track operational and financial performance.
