Requirements
- Four-year college degree with coursework in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- At least seven years of professional experience in financial planning, modeling, and analysis.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel.
- High proficiency with Windows products including Word and Outlook.
- Understanding of basic nonprofit accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Collaborative team player.
- Experience with Adaptive/Workday, Salesforce, and Asana is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain programmatic budgets and coordinate budget-to-actual reporting.
- Draft incoming funder proposal budgets in partnership with Program and Philanthropic Partnerships teams.
- Contribute to cost recovery analyses, projections, and financial sustainability reporting.
- Review and analyze monthly funding tables and reconcile funding sources.
- Review grantee financial documents and organizational budgets to prepare financial position recommendations.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed.
