Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards.
Experience working in a global or multi-country environment.
Hands-on expertise in job evaluation, market benchmarking, and building salary bands.
Demonstrated project management skills leading projects from scoping to delivery.
Experience managing compensation systems such as PayScale or Payfactors.
Familiarity with survey platforms such as Mercer or Radford.
Deep understanding of global compensation frameworks, pay equity, and compliance.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Working proficiency with HRIS and CRM software.
Knowledge or interest in applying AI tools to compensation workflows.
Professional certifications such as CCP or GRP are strongly preferred.

Own job leveling frameworks, salary structures, and day-to-day job architecture maintenance.
Lead market benchmarking activities, including methodology scoping and results validation.
Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and job scoping for the business.
Co-lead the annual compensation review cycle and manage compensation projects end-to-end.
Design and maintain dashboards, data models, and reports while ensuring data integrity.
Champion process improvements and pilot AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.
Monitor global regulatory requirements such as pay equity and wage transparency.
Prepare compensation findings and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary technical backup for the Senior Manager, Total Rewards.
Mentor other Total Rewards team members on compensation methodology.
