Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process design, or operations.
- Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Salesforce Administrator/Consultant.
- Experience mapping business processes and data models using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
- Proficiency in managing Salesforce security settings including profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Salesforce-Certified Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred.
- Knowledge of platforms such as DocuSign, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, or HubSpot is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Knowledge or Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Ability to work according to EST time zone requirements.
- Requirement for stable high-speed internet (120mbps download/10mbps upload) and hard-wired connection.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce process re-design activities.
- Leverage Salesforce tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder to design efficient solutions.
- Analyze, document, and communicate system and business processes.
- Create detailed functional and non-functional requirements documentation.
- Write user stories and perform technical reviews to validate requirements.
- Document workflows and processes to support solution design.
- Assist in the collection and reporting of metrics related to project performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, UI specifications, and custom applications.
